Meet the Teachers:

Maria Luisa Manca
Maria Luisa Manca was born in Sicily. She incorporates her love for good food and amazing tradition into her teaching. She has done a lot of cooking over the years in Italy and after following her husband in California 15 years ago. She decided to start teaching cooking class to share her knowledge and expertise with the hope that many others will enjoy cooking as much as she does.

Stefania Pisanu
Stefania Pisanu was born in Sardinia. She moved to the Bay Area to study and after meeting her husband they decided to move back to Italy to practice chiropractic. But after a decade they decided to come back to California and change careers completely! She started working with different families as a nanny and cook. She is also the founder of a Facebook group that counts more than 1800 women, mainly leaving abroad, who share her love for Regional Italian cuisine.
